Esta mañana, en el Campo de Futbol de L’Ametlla del Vallès, se ha llevado acabo el XIV Memorial Marc Montaña, como homenaje al que fue jugador del equipo de veteranos, aunque solo tenia 35 años cuando murió. Jugaban, en aquella ocasión en Parets del Vallès. Nada pudieron hacer para recuperarle tras sufrir muerte súbita.
Como todos los años, coincidiendo con la fecha de su muerte el 26 de octubre, sus compañeros le tributan este homenaje que agradecemos.
La lluvia no impidió el desarrollo del partido alas 8’30 h. de la mañana. Si bien ganaron los adversarios, reinó como siempre la cordialidad y buenas maneras. Di la Copa a los ganadores que, la devolvieron al Presidente local y aquel me la entregó a mi. Luego, el conjunto local fue al cementerio a depositar una flores a la tumba de Marc.
Ha sido emocionante el tiempo compartido, tengo en mente a mi hijo de 35 años que hoy tendria 49. ¿Cual seria su aspecto? De ahi que mire a los que le acompañaron en vida y muerte e intente descubrir su figura.

Per a mi, el dia que fem l’homenatge al Marc també es un dia especial.
Enguany perquè ja hem sento molt acabat per correr a tope, es clar, de 30 anys ja ni ha massa… pero altres anys era un partit que hem donava ales, de veritat !!!
Amb el Marc hi vaig compartir molt futbol, converses bàsicament d’esport a la Fonda; com recordar les fantàstiques olimpiades que es feien a l’Ametlla. Tot i jo ser 4 anys mes jove que ell, teniem bona química, bé, el Marc tenia bona química gairebé amb tothom, menys quan s’empipava, que aleshores…ufff ! era de armas tomar! jajajajajaja
En fí Montse, estic segur que l’homenatge al Marc es seguirà fent tot i que el Toni Flaquer i jo, ja ens retirem i els que ara hi son, ja es portaven amb el Marc, cap als 10 anys…
